Project Scope: Private High Tech project to convert a 25+ year old factory that had originally been built to manufacture 6” wafers to run a new 14nm manufacturing process on 12” wafers. The project included removing the existing manufacturing equipment, extensive facility upgrades to three floors of the factory plus support buildings, the installation of an advanced Automated Material Handling System, the construction of 75k sq.ft. of new class 10 cleanroom, and the installation of the new manufacturing equipment. The schedule was accelerated to 14 months from the original baseline of 18 months.
Relevate’s scope on the project was Engineering and Project Management services in support of the EPC contractor completing the work. Our services included:

Managing Principal Connor Butler also acted as a Project Executive and managed much of the relationship between the EPC Contractor and the client
